The manor is located in Rokiškis district near Juodonys Mount in the beautiful calm place by two ponds.
Nature, fresh air, soft grass is a relaxation for body and soul. You can rest in the manor with familyand friends and also to organize a unique celebration that will be remembered with pleasure for a long time.
Everyone can relax and enjoy nature here. In the large manor yard there are basketball and volleyball courts and children playground aimed for active recreation. You can sail a boat, water bike, fish, play table tennis, billiards, rent a sauna.
The place for rest is customized for holidaymakers – terraces and barbecues are set up by every house.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments of villa Ula LT; there is a free private parking lot.
Guests can stay at six different houses. One of them is a 140 years old barn with two separate bedrooms, small ballroom, kitchen and sauna.
The large house has a spacy ballroom, comfortable kitchen that is suitable for organizing large celebrations, shower, toilet and a terrace with a lake view.
The small house has a sauna, cosy room with a lake view and a terrace connected to a footbridge. Bedrooms are on the second floor.
A “Nesting box” house is for those who seek for originality. It is built among trees at the 4 m height. There is a bedroom for two persons with a WC and a small terrace.
Apartments of Villa Ula LT consist of three separate houses. It is a place loved by couples, friends and families:
On the first floor of Villa Ula there is a ballroom with a fireplace, kitchen, and WC. Five double rooms are on the second floor. All rooms have separate shower rooms and toilets. It is particularly good for small wedding, birthday, and anniversary and New Year parties. An arbour and a barbecue are set up by the house, there is an outdoor terrace. One can swim in a nearby pond.
In the second house of Villa Ula there is a separate kitchen, shower, toilet and a cosy living room that can accommodate up to 5 persons.
On the first floor of the 3 rd house of Villa Ula there is a cosy living room with a pond view, kitchenette, sauna with an entrance hall and a toilet. There are two triple rooms with a shared shower and toilet and a quadruple room with a separate shower and a toilet on the third floor of Villa Ula.
