The homestead is located in National Park of Dzūkija (South - East Lithuania). The river Skroblius flows just through the yard. On the other side -a hill and a valley, surrounded by forest. Only 3 km away you may find a lake called Bakanauskai. For those, who have never been in a swamp before we suggest to explore the swamp of Bakanauskai and to hear the strangest sounds from it. By the way to the swamp you can take a look at an unique nature of the valley of Skroblius river: plenty of springs, original flora. In the village you will meet weavers, who may kindly learn you about their handcraft and if you like it - don't hesitate to bring something back home. The biggest pleasure in our homestead is to make a traditional ancient dish of that region in an old - time oven by yourself, with just a little help from landlady. You are welcome all year round!
