If you would like to relax in solitude, you are looking for privacy - we kindly invite you to a modern farmstead - a holiday farm in "Grybiškės", located in Gražutė Reserve, on 11 ha private estate, away from the main roads on a large Asava lake. The homestead is surrounded by forests and lakes, which are connected by the Šventoji River.
There are two houses in the homestead - a guest house for 7 people and a sauna house for 6 people.
There are 13 sleeping places in the whole homestead. Rental for 10 or 13 people. Prices on page are for 10 persons. During the summer, only the whole homestead is rented.
On the ground floor of the guest house there is a spacious terrace, kitchen with inventory, dishwasher, dining room with fireplace, sitting area, WC shower. The second floor has two spacious, comfortable bedrooms. One - 3 seats, the other -4 seats. The bedrooms feature extra wide black alder wooden beds for guest comfort.
On the lake shore house by the lake with a spacious terrace, on the ground floor - sauna, lounge with fireplace, WC, shower, washing machine. On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms and skylights give the rooms a special coziness. Both bedrooms have 3 beds. One bedroom with a large window overlooking the lake, where you can simply admire the lake, the sunset and the unique nature while in bed.
There are bicycle trails near the farmstead, which wind along forest paths and lakes. Beautiful lakeside and forest grounds are equipped with resting places where you can stop for a rest, take a swim and have a snack.
For the convenience of holidaymakers, we have compiled a book on how to diversify your leisure time, maybe visit a folk artist, wood carver, ride horses, ponies, goat deer, fly airplanes, or visit a fun place and more.
There is a possibility to buy rustic products, real organic eggs, organic honey. If you wish we will smell the fish you caught. We offer active and peaceful rest. Perfect conditions for families, couples and a small company to rest. Guests are expected from April to late fall.
If you like water sports and are kayaking or canoeing on the bends of the Šventoji River, come and visit us. You will be able to stay overnight, warm up by the fireplace, take a bath, roast in the outdoor arbor.
In the homestead you will find - ready-made beds, towels, kitchen towels. In the arbor you will find - firewood, switches, grill.
