A traditional craftsman of certified national heritage product, who cherishes the old weaving craft, has been teaching to weave baskets for many years during his education.
The purpose of the educational program
To introduce the craft of weaving, its history, significance in the past, present and ethnic culture.
Activities: During the education you will learn about weaving craft and different techniques. Later, the craftsman will show you how to weave folk wicker baskets, and you will be able to try the craft and weave your own basket.
Duration of education: 2 hours.
Number of participants: up to 10 persons.
Seasonality: all year round.
Languages: Lithuanian.
