Augų Farm, located in Didžiasalis village, produces and sells a variety of cheeses, including sweet milk, blue, fermented, and aged cheeses. The farm organizes cheese tastings, where guests are introduced to the cheese-making process "from meadow to table" and shown the cheese production facilities and blue cheese aging cellars. During educational programs, such as "How Cheese is Made," visitors have the opportunity to make their own sweet milk cheese. This offers a unique chance not only to taste high-quality products but also to learn about traditional cheese-making practices.
