“Educational Session – Showing Cheese Production” and “Tasting Seven Types of Goat Milk Cheeses”.
The housewife organizes a one-hour excursion, where you will get acquainted with goat farm and cheese.
Activities: excursion to the goat farm, cheese making lesson, tasting.
Duration: 1 hour or depends on the program.
Languages: Russian, Lithuanian, German.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: ”Potato buns of Dzukija“ and ” Buckwheat path from sowing to lunch “
Activities: listening to the stories about buckwheat, buckwheat babka and tea tasting. If spring – buckwheat seeding, if autumn - cutting. Then threshing, binding, grinding of grain, sifting of flour, kneading of buckwheat dough, baking, tasting.
Preparation of potato buns. Potatoes peeling, grating, forming a bun, putting into the oven....
Activities: getting acquainted with wine traditions and its types, tasting.
