Ančia lake is the largest lake within the Veisiejai Regional Park, covering an area of 490 hectares. Long and winding, resembling a wide river, it encircles the town of Veisiejai, adding distinctive beauty to the landscape. This lake is not only a natural gem but also a popular spot for recreation and water activities. Visitors are drawn by its tranquillity, the songs of birds, and the opportunity to explore its shores on foot or by boat.
