Čekiškė St. Trinity Church

The St Trinity Church in Čekiškė is one of the oldest and most significant architectural landmarks in the town. The church was built in 1626 under the initiative of nobleman Jurgis Gedgaudas Mackevičius. The sanctuary features Classical architectural elements, visible both in its façade and interior decorations. Inside, original artworks have been preserved, reflecting the region's religious and cultural history. The church is still actively used today, and its grounds often serve as a gathering place for the local community and visitors.
