It is a new, cosy and luxurious villa next to the forest and a nice pond that opened just at the beginning of 2015. In the homestead, there is a conditioned banqueting hall for banquets (maximum up to 30 persons) with audio equipment and light effects. Moreover, there are 10 individual bedrooms for your calm rest (good comfortable mattresses, qualitative and always clean bedding). All rooms can contain a big double bed or 2-3 individual single beds (it is a big advantage for collectives of companies). There is an individual WC, a shower and air conditioninstr. The lease price includes bedding and towels. There is a big and safe (filmed) parking lot. Outside we have a big external summerhouse accommodating up to 25 persons. ENTERTAINMENTS: Inside there is a sauna and an enormous impressive Jacuzzi (10 places, with hydromassage nozzles and lights; it will be mounted in March). Outside we have a water tub and organize paintball. Table football. Fishing. There is a kitchen, but it is also possible to order food in advance at favourable prices. We provide service during events if necessary. Individual rooms are also rented for short visits (one or two hours). The rent price of the sauna is 100 EUR (4 hours); the rent price of the Jacuzzi is 200 EUR (4 hours); the rent price of the tub is 80 EUR (5 hours). The prices can be corrected considering the details of the order (number of persons, date, number of ordered services, time of stay). The persons under 21 are not admitted.
