About the homestead

The rural tourism homestead Šniūrai is a grange on the shore of the lake Siesartis in the Molėtai district. This resort is for those who love privacy, where you can enjoy serenity and beauty of nature. The homestead is surrounded by the forest and lake from all sides. In the remote shelter of nature, you will feel far from the city bustle and can have a nice time without any disturbance. The forest surrounding the homestead is rich in berries and mushrooms. The ones, who want to refresh in the lake, can enjoy swimming. For this purpose, there is long and wide footbridge adjusted and a neat, and clean shore. This is a great place for fishing, and the ones who want entertainments can hire boats, canoes or water bikes. For your convenience we provide not only the rent of the homestead, but also the bathhouse - there is a mobile sauna on the shore of the lake. There is a building with 12-seat hall, a Russian bath and bedrooms on the second floor. There are all the conveniences in this house. Next to the building there is a large bower tent with a fireplace. Here you can get rest all year round. This homestead is suitable for celebrations, birthdays, christenings or just for spending leisure time.

Šniūrai offers you not only the rent of the homestead in Molėtai district. During the summer, we rent two more four-bed cottages, and there is a campsite on the shore of the lake, where plenty of places to build tents are, so you can choose the most suitable for you. You can park a car or a camper besides, and there will be enough space to set up the bower tent which you brought with yourself as well. There are wooden tables and benches in the territory of the homestead, where you can comfortably have picnic in nature, and there are two swings on the shore of the lake. For the ones who seek entertainment, there is a volleyball court in the yard and one can play football or other made-up games in the meadow. There are a lot of forests stretching and lakes around the homestead. Nearby there is the observation tower Mindūnai, so there is a possibility to arrange an interesting bike ride. Because of fresh air, active recreation or long walks in nature the appetite often enhances, so for those who want to make food on the bonfire we provide all necessary utensils - grills, skewers, grids and, sure, birch firewood. There is a drinking water borehole in the territory of the homestead, and for your convenience there are toilets and showers in the nearby building. This type of rest is most suitable for families with children, and there is also the possibility to bring your pet, for example: a dog. This is a great place to spend holidays for couples or a group of friends at a favourable price.
