This is a house for a family or a group of friends, where you will find a cozy living room with a TV, air conditioning, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, cooking and serving dishes and tools). On the first floor of the building there is a steam bath, and in the anteroom there are amenities - a shower and a toilet. On the second floor - two bedrooms (five double beds). In the yard of the house - a private hot tub, a gazebo with a fireplace, a terrace, a barbecue with skewers.

The daily price of the cottage during the winter season (October 1 - April 30) is 250 EUR.

During the summer season (May 1 - September 30) - 270 eur.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One has a double bed, a place to put things, a fan. The other bedroom has two single beds, a chest of drawers that transforms into a changing table. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage has all the amenities - a toilet and a shower. Panoramic views and a spacious terrace overlooking the lake will allow you to forget the hustle and bustle of the city. In the yard there is a picnic table, barbecue and skewers, loungers and a children's sandbox.

The daily price of the cottage during the summer season (May 1 - September 30) is 180 EUR.

The territory of the homestead is maintained, illuminated and protected by cameras - 3 ha, with 100 m. of lake shore. A large space for tents and tables are installed right next to the lake. You will be able to choose the most suitable place for relaxation and a comfortable picnic. You can picnic at the campsite not only in tents, but also with campers and mobile homes. You will find a drinking water well in the homestead territory, and in the common building there are toilets, showers, in the gazebo - refrigerators, a table for breakfast or lunch, and electricity. The homestead also has a gray water outlet.

The homestead has three hot tubs. Two of them are private, located next to the rented cottages (ten-person and two-person cottages). The third hot tub can be rented by other homestead guests. The hot tub is located next to the lake.

Burning 80 eur.

The homestead has two steam baths - one of them is private for guests of the ten-person cottage. Other guests of the homestead can order a sauna heating service and enjoy the sauna installed in 2026 on the lake shore. The sauna has a sauna area - a table, chairs, a mini-kitchenette, and an outdoor terrace.
The price of heating a sauna in a ten-person cabin is 60 euros.

The price of the sauna service near the lake depends on the number of people (from 50 to 100 euros).
