Jaučakiai mound is one of the best-preserved mounds along the Nemunas River, featuring a well-defined shape and intriguing fortifications. It is believed to have been a defensive settlement of ancient Lithuanians, strategically positioned to oversee the Nemunas Valley. Today, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and explore specially designed paths leading to the top of the mound.
