BREAD (BREWED RYE, BREWED WHEAT) AND OTHER PRODUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Bread Road with Feast and Mill Inspection. Duration - about 3 hours.
Mill educational program with product tasting . Duration - about 1.5 hours
Activities: observing the production of rye sifting, wheat wholemeal flour and rolled flour, grains, pancakes and bread. Tasting.
The programs are being held in Lithuanian and Russian.
Seasonality: all seasons.
Activities: story about activity, getting acquainted with the fish traditions of the Rusne region, demonstration of the smoking process, fish tasting.
The duration of the educational training depends on the needs of the groups (education, demonstration of the process takes 30-40 minutes), fish tasting.
Foreign language - Lithuanian.
Seasonality: May-November
Short educational hike for families with children: game-based map and compass tasks, animal tracks and plants, safe campfire and snacks, plus a short talk for parents on family preparedness. Private hikes for families and groups, also from rural guesthouses.
