Sweet cheese

Homemade cheese, made with love “from generation to generation” in Mackoniai village, has been produced for 12 years. The cheese producer is an organic farmer and only natural raw materials are used for the production of cheese: natural cow’s milk and garlic that are grown on his farm.

SWEET CHEESE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Activities: getting acquainted with the history of cheese, the tools for producing it, the benefit of cheese, making cheese (putting into a cheese-bag, pressing). Various games. Tasting.

The duration of the education: for adults - up to 60 minutes, for children - up to 45 minutes.

Languages: Polish, Lithuanian, Russian.

Seasonality: all year round, more often on weekends.
