An undeservedly forgotten brightly colored hero invites you to visit Beetroot Paradise! This is a discovery center dedicated to the beetroot – a root vegetable unfairly undervalued in modern cuisine. During educational sessions, you will revisit traditional and learn contemporary ways to use and savor this versatile ingredient.
The beetroot takes center stage in our educational tastings. Participants will gain knowledge about this vegetable, its beneficial properties, culinary traditions, and modern applications. You'll be treated to dishes where beetroot is the star and will have the chance to learn how to prepare them yourself.
Duration of the session: approximately 2 hours.
Available year-round.
Off-site sessions are also possible.
Participants: Groups of 10 or more, with a minimum age of 4 years.
