Nevėžis River – the sixth-longest river in Lithuania (209 km), and the right tributary of the Nemunas River. Flowing through scenic landscapes, the river is significant both ecologically and recreationally. Its banks often attract nature enthusiasts, offering excellent opportunities for hiking, fishing, and relaxation. The Nevėžis basin is an important biodiversity zone, home to a variety of rare plant and animal species.
