The homestead is located in the sparsely populated village of Okta in southern Lithuania. It is an ideal place for everyone looking to enjoy a cosy stay with family, spend romantic moments with their partner, have fun with friends, or celebrate birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. Surrounded by nature, the impressive grounds cover almost 4 hectares and are surrounded by water, including three ponds and Lake Seirijis.
What do we offer for rent?
This spacious complex consists of several accommodation and event venues: a main building suitable for large celebrations (up to 60 guests), a second building designed for smaller gatherings (up to 25 guests), and three smaller cottages for a peaceful getaway (6 sleeping places in total). Planning a large celebration? The entire complex can be rented at a special rate, offering accommodation for up to 54 guests.
The main building features a hall accommodating up to 60 people and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for professional food preparation. We also provide catering services. The second building houses a spacious sauna, with a hot tub located just outside. The smaller cottages offer stunning views of the lake and are equipped with all the essential amenities, including a kitchen and a bathroom.
Would you like to go camping? Three shelters with electricity and lighting are available by the lake, along with plenty of space to pitch your tents.
