Vytautas Park, located on an oak-covered hill, was established in 1892 by the order of Tsar Nicholas I. It is the oldest park in Kaunas and served as the city's main entertainment venue for many years. The park is inseparable from the carousels that have delighted generations of Kaunas residents. Today, Vytautas Park is a popular destination for leisurely walks, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Within the park, visitors can also find various sculptures and historic buildings, adding a unique charm to the area.
