During the educational session, you will learn both traditional and modern beetroot recipes, explore its health benefits, usage traditions, and creative interpretations you may have never seen before. Here, the beetroot...
Activities: a narrative of Lithuanian culinary stories, testing of gingerbreads cooked according to the oldest recipe, getting acquainted with decoration and production methods, production of a stamp on gingerbread, decorating, testing.

BREAD (BREWED RYE, BREWED WHEAT) AND OTHER PRODUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Bread Road with Feast and Mill Inspection. Duration - about 3 hours.
Mill educational program with product tasting . Duration - about 1.5 hours
Activities: observing the production of rye sifting, wheat wholemeal flour and rolled flour, grains, pancakes and bread. Tasting.
The programs are being held in Lithuanian and Russian.
