BREAD (BREWED RYE, BREWED WHEAT) AND OTHER PRODUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Bread Road with Feast and Mill Inspection. Duration - about 3 hours.
Mill educational program with product tasting . Duration - about 1.5 hours
Activities: observing the production of rye sifting, wheat wholemeal flour and rolled flour, grains, pancakes and bread. Tasting.
The programs are being held in Lithuanian and Russian.
Seasonality: all seasons.
Activities: kneading the dough, making cookies, baking, tasting, listening to the stories about gingerbreads.
Duration of training: up to 3 hours.

Activities: a narrative of Lithuanian culinary stories, testing of gingerbreads cooked according to the oldest recipe, getting acquainted with decoration and production methods, production of a stamp on gingerbread, decorating, testing.
